Hi, my name is Carol and I’m a HPCSA Registered Counsellor in Private Practice. I have been running my private practice here in Johannesburg for over a decade now. I journey with individuals, couples and families as they navigate the speed bumps of life. My approach is solution focused and person centred and I compassionately guide you towards solution-focused outcomes.  I am also a trained Level 1 Brainworking Recursive Therapy Counsellor.

Don’t suffer in silence, I’m here for you.

Individual

Counselling

Individual counselling provides a safe and supportive space to explore personal challenges, whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, or the lasting effects of trauma. If you are suffering from grief and loss, let me help you navigate these emotional landscapes with care and compassion. Additionally, our sessions can be structured to focus on personal and business coaching; empowering you to build confidence, set and achieve goals.

Couples & Relationship

Counselling

Couples and relationship counselling offers support at every stage of a relationship. Whether you’re seeking help with conflict resolution, preparing for marriage through pre-marital counselling, or looking to enrich your relationship with ongoing sessions, counselling provides valuable tools for communication and connection. It is important to navigate love, growth and change with your partner for a healthy relationship.

For couples going through divorce, I offer mediation services to help create parenting plans and memorandums of understanding to ensure respectful, practical co-parenting solutions. These sessions aim to strengthen relationships, foster mutual understanding, and provide guidance through both challenges and transitions in your partnership.

Family

Counselling

Family counselling offers a space for families to work through trauma, grief, and the everyday difficulties that can strain relationships. Our sessions are focused on improving communication, helping family members express their thoughts and feelings openly, and listening with empathy.

Counselling also provides tools for conflict resolution, allowing families to address issues in a respectful, constructive manner. Healing after trauma, navigating grief, or simply strengthening the bonds that connect you, family counselling will help your family to grow closer, rebuild trust, and create a foundation of understanding and support.
